The Sri Yantra is called the mother of all yantra because they all originate from it. It represents the union between the divine feminine (triangles pointing down) and divine masculine (triangles pointing up), as well as the union of humans (looking up at the Universe) and Source (pouring down on humankind). Focusing on the sri yantra during meditation allows for focus and calm, and a return to center (the Bindu, the dot at the center of the yantra).
